

Blouz (pronounced 'blues') Energy Projects Corp is a Canadian low-carbon energy developer focusing on power, natural gas, carbon capture, carbon sequestration, and credit management. The company's mission is to site and match power technologies to greenfield locations.
Blouz Energy Projects signed a purchase-sale agreement on over 120 acres of greenfield land in Whitecourt, Alberta on August 2024 after the land was rezoned to M2 heavy industrial by the Town of Whitecourt ¹ ².
The notional physical address of the site is at the corner of 41 Ave and 33 Street, Whitecourt, AB (54°07’47.45” N 115°38’14.02” W), as indicated by the red arrow. The town's chief administrator officer signed another agreement with Blouz, a purchase-sale agreement for private property, Phases 1 & 2, located at legal subdivision of 32-59-11-W5M south of the rail tracks.

Blouz Energy Projects is now advancing BlueMtnPark. The objective is to offer 400 MW of data centre services supported by being connected to the Alberta grid and onsite natgas-to-power by 2030/31. This project will generate construction and operational jobs, and drive local industries including manufacturing, electrical services, landscaping, and professional services.​​
